Six new faculty members have joined the staff at Ware Academy this fall. The school also welcomed 31 new students and opened an additional section of preschool to accommodate the influx of students. 

The new faculty members include Haley Beatley who will be Ware’s athletic director and physical education teacher. Beatley earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in dance with a concentration in movement education from Radford University. She will conduct research-based instruction in both physical education and dance. 

Crystal Tucker-Oberlin is the new music teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in music and music education from Longwood University. Spanish teacher Marta Frechette holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Panama and has taught all age levels up to Spanish IV.
