Simply Nail Spa opened for business last week in Gloucester. The shop is located next door to Danny’s Glass on Route 17 south of Gloucester Court House.

The Nguyen family of West Point owns the business, with Jimmy Nguyen the principal owner. The family also has owned a nail shop in West Point for 20 years, local store manager Lisa Nguyen said; Lisa is Jimmy’s sister-in-law.

Jimmy Nguyen has a staff of four nail technicians, who rotate between the two shops, Lisa said. Clients include men, women and children (with a special “Princess” set of services for those under 12 years old).

Regular services include manicures, pedicures, nail repair and enhancement, and waxing. The shop sells a selection of nail polish and hand and body lotion.
