A memorial service for Silvia Cetta McDonald, 63, of Gloucester, was held at 11 a.m. Monday in Andrews Funeral Home, Gloucester. She died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, in Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.

She was a native of Germany and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include her husband, James McDonald; sons, James McDonald Jr. and Michael Edward McDonald; sisters, Edera and Karen; brother, Danny; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The service was conducted by the Rev. James Cowles.
