Signature Homes expands White Marsh operation

Signature Homes, LLC, has expanded its White Marsh operation.

The business, which opened on Route 17 at White Marsh in July 2014, has evolved into the company’s main location. It started as a branch of Signature’s other location on Route 33 in King and Queen County; now the parent has become the satellite store.

Signature sells modular and manufactured homes of various models and sizes, said Gordon “Buck” Williams, who owns the business with his son-in-law, Bill Jowers. Jenna Jowers, sister of Bill Jowers, is the office manager. All three reside in Gloucester.

“We sell a lot of modular homes,” Williams said. To give customers a better feel for modular homes, he said they recently had a model modular home set up at their White Marsh location. The model home, a Cape Cod style, has 1,800 square feet of finished space and 900 square feet of unfinished space upstairs, Jenna said.
