Shows Friday, Saturday at Flat Iron Crossroads

Flat Iron Crossroads has a full weekend lined up, with shows on both Friday and Saturday.

Singer Kyle Davis will perform on Friday, Sept. 17, at the Gloucester music venue.

Davis began recording in his early 20s, spawning a string of albums that expressed a keen sense of melody, infectious energy, said a press release. He was featured on the cover of Billboard magazine, and Rolling Stone magazine gave four stars to his album “Raising Heroes.”

Described as a cross between Jackson Browne, David Gray, Peter Gabriel and Mat Kearney, Davis has “a singular talent with an extraordinary gift for conveying sentiments that are impossible to deny,” said the release.

Saturday

On Saturday night, get ready for some honky-tonk as the Wil Gravatt Band takes the stage. Gravatt has performed for three U.S. presidents and travelled the world with his music, but he calls Fredericksburg his home.
