Share Flex Office opens on Main Street

Share Flex Office opened recently on Main Street in Gloucester.

Bill and Michelle Baxter run the business from a 1800s building that the late Harry Morris used for 47 years for his law office. Bill Baxter, who also owns Bill Baxter Building, renovated the building over a six-month period, fitting in renovations around his other jobs.

Share Flex offers space for 12 offices, the Baxters said, with the two-story building having a total of 1,650 square feet. Besides renting offices, Bill said they can rent six desks and common space where small businesses or out-of-town companies can have a convenient in-town location to work on occasion.

Renters benefit from having internet service, kitchenette/break room, printer/copier and flat screen television with internet hookup, a local mailing address, custodial services taken care of, and the use of restrooms and a conference room.
