On Wednesday at 6 p.m., we continue a Bible study on the Acts of the Apostles.
For the month of May, the church is collecting disposable baby diapers to benefit the Three Rivers Healthy Families.

Bellamy United Methodist Church, Gloucester, will celebrate the seventh Sunday of Easter and Mother’s Day at the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. services. The Faith Builders Bible Study will meet at 9:20 and the adult Sunday School class will meet at 9:30.
The XYZs (Xtra Years of Zest) will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday for a fun gathering and lunch.

The Rev. James L. Harris will preach at the in-person service in Bethel Baptist Church, Gloucester, at noon Sunday. Communion will be held following the service. Sunday school will start at 10 o’clock virtually.

The mission project through the end of May is collecting baby diapers and wipes and non-perishable items for Hands Across Mathews.
The last Wednesday potluck supper will be held at 5:30 p.m. May 15 until the fall. Amy Ashberry will speak and share about her mission trip.
On May 19, there will be a family prayer breakfast will be held at 7:45 a.m., with a musical worship service at 9:50.

Church of the Living Word

Kingston Episcopal Parish
Kingston Episcopal Parish, Mathews, will observe the seventh Sunday of Easter with Holy Eucharist Rite I at 8 a.m. at Christ Church on Williams Wharf Road and Baptism and Holy Eucharist Rite II at 10:30 a.m. at Kingston Chapel at the parish house on Main Street.

Dr. Andrea Robinson of Philippi Christian Church, Deltaville, will be the worship leader.
