Bellamy United Methodist
Bellamy United Methodist Church, Gloucester, will observe the 22nd Sunday after Pentecost at the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. services. Pastor Ed Walker will preach from the Gospel of Mark where Jesus talks about marriage and divorce. Bible study meets at 9:20 and the Faith Builders Bible Study will meet at 9:30. The Rev. Garry Livermon of Bethel Church of Mathews, Onemo, will continue in the book of Ephesians at 9:50 a.m. Sunday. Sunday school will follow at 11. Nicole Foster will continue the Bible study, “The Forge,” at 4 p.m.
On Oct. 12, Mr. Livermon will have a class for anyone wanting to join Bethel from 9 a.m.-noon at the pastor’s home. A harvest party for the children of the church and community will also be held from 4-6 p.m.
