Abingdon Episcopal
Abingdon Episcopal Church, White Marsh, will celebrate Pentecost at its 8 a.m. and 10:30 services on Sunday. A release said that “in the spirit of the day—when people heard God’s message in many languages—we will include elements of worship in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, German and several other” languages.

Guided by the theme, “A Church committed to Living in the Spirit of Unity, Love and Peace” (Ephesians 4), the day’s observances will begin with worship at 11:15 a.m., followed by an anniversary dinner, and concluding with the anniversary afternoon service at 3 o’clock.
