Bethany United MethodistThe sermon title of Pastor Paul Song of Bethany United Methodist Church, Gloucester Point, at 10 a.m. Sunday will be “Transfigured Jesus and Church Today.”
On Tuesday, the church will host a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper at 6 p.m. in the Warren Belvin Fellowship Hall. JOY Circle will meet following the supper at 7 o’clock. A worship service will be held on Ash Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary.
Bethel BaptistThe sermon title of the Rev. Dr. Katrina Brown at noon Sunday in Bethel Baptist Church, Gloucester, will be “Run Tell Dat.” The church has suspended its in-person worship service due to the high transmission rate of COVID-19 until further notice.
