Sentara Mathews Therapy Center expands staff

Sentara Mathews Therapy Center recently expanded its staff.

Briana F. Sadler of Diggs, the team coordinator for the Mathews facility in Mathews Town Center and its sister center at Sentara Medical Arts in White Marsh, said that Helen Titcomb is a new physical therapist at the Mathews location.

Titcomb joins Sadler, a physical therapist, and Kathy Harmon, a physical therapy assistant. Sadler has worked there for five years and Harmon, who lives in Cobbs Creek, for four.

Candace Joyce of Mathews is a new administrative associate. Kim Diggs of Hudgins has been an administrative assistant there for four years.

Titcomb resides in Yorktown. She previously worked at Riverside Rehabilitation Center in Newport News. Originally from Poquoson, Titcomb earned a bachelor’s degree at James Madison University and a doctorate at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Joyce is originally from Gloucester. She used to work as a waitress at a Mathews restaurant.
