The business offers fresh market choices from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and carry-out lunch specials from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. In addition, fresh market items are available on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Martin said the items sold are almost all locally-sourced from watermen and local distributors such as Sea Farms and Pepper Creek. During last week’s heat wave, lunch consisted of cold plates such as salmon, tuna and shrimp salads. The seasonal fresh market included yellowfin tuna, flounder, sea scallops, clams and crabmeat.
