Scuffletown, Twin Brothers Band to perform at Flat Iron Crossroads

Scuffletown, a high-energy acoustic duo, will perform at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Flat Iron Crossroads in Gloucester as part of the venue’s free fall concert series.

With John Whitlow on harmonica, accordion, flute, melodica and vocals, and Marc Carraway on guitar, mandolin, banjo and vocals, the band has been performing a blend of roots, jazz, world, bluegrass, and original music since the 1990s.

Individually, the two have played and toured with a range of regional and national musicians and have released a number of singles, including “The Wine Song” and “Dorky Little White Man Blues” by Whitlow and “Barrel of a Gun” and “All These Roads” by Carraway.

Tickets are free and can be reserved at flatironcrossroads.com. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the FIX Bar and Positive Pizza food truck.
