SEA SCOUTS: A second open house for Sea Scout recruitment will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Mathews Maritime Museum, Main Street, Mathews. Sea Scout Troop #66 is located in Mathews but is open to boys and girls ages 13-21 from the Middle Peninsula and beyond. Those already in a scout troop may seek “multiple registrations” that would allow them to participate in both groups. Membership in a scout troop, however, is not necessary to join the Sea Scouts.
