SPECIAL ED: The Board of Control for the Middle Peninsula Regional Special Education Program will meet at 8 a.m. next Wednesday, Nov. 13 at Gloucester High School. Those attending should check in with the school office upon arrival. The program serves autistic and multi-disabled children from Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex and West Point.
