SPECIAL ED: The Board of Control for the Middle Peninsula Regional Special Education Program will meet at 8 a.m. Wednesday in Room 305 of the Gloucester Public Schools administration building. The MPRSEP serves autistic and multi-disabled students from Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex and West Point. The meeting is open to the public.
