Charles A. Banks III of Gloucester, was elected vice rector of the College of William and Mary on April 15, the William and Mary Board of Visitors has announced. Banks was appointed to the board in 2006 and reappointed in 2010. He currently serves as chair of the Committee on Financial Affairs, vice chair of the Committee on Buildings and Grounds, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Alumnus Jeffrey B. Trammell was elected rector, succeeding Henry S. Wolf.
Amy Hollandsworth of Gloucester, completed flight attendant training with Mesa Airlines in Phoeniz, Ariz., on March 18 and is now employed with United Express.
