Christchurch School junior Bryan Ransom received the award for Outstanding Leadership in Community Service during the school’s recent awards banquet recognizing excellence in the winter season.

The following local students were named to the fall semester dean’s list at Virginia Tech: Sara Brickman of North; Stephen Jordan of Gloucester Point; Michael Clifton, Cutter Dunn and Jennifer Skidmore of Hayes; and Karalynn Drechsel, Andrew Gallagher, Jessica Kersey, Tavis Sparrer, Erica Walker and Mackenzie Claytor, all of Gloucester. The recognition requires a 3.4 or higher grade point average.

Sophomore Kate Corson and junior Amanda Eldridge, both of Gloucester, were recently inducted into the National Honor Society at Christchurch School in Middlesex.
