Hannah Dutton has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at George Mason University where she is majoring in history with minor studies in business. The recognition requires a 3.5 or higher grade point average. Dutton is the daughter of Ricky and Donna Dutton of Gloucester.

George Everett Bains and Rachel Lynne Ward, both of Gloucester, graduated from Radford University at the end of the fall semester. Bains earned a bachelor of science degree in political science and Ward earned a master of science degree in corporate and professional communications.
