Ann “Andie” Hartley of Gloucester, was named to the President’s List at James Madison University for the first semester. Hartley, a 2021 Gloucester High School graduate, is majoring in Communication and Science Disorders. To qualify for President’s List, a student must earn a grade point average of 3.9 or above and carry a course load of at least 12 graded credit hours.
