Joshua Mason Loudin graduated summa cum laude and received a bachelor of business administration degree from Averett University on Dec.10. Loudin also received an award for having the second highest grade point average. Loudin is employed by York County and resides in Gloucester with his wife, Valinda. A 2000 graduate of Gloucester High School, he is the son of Jim and Gail Loudin of Gloucester.
