Patrick Strangways, son of Gregg and Beth Anderson Strangways of Virginia Beach and Mathews, will enroll this fall at Tulane University in New Orleans to study biology and music composition. He is a 2022 graduate of Ocean Lakes High School, the school’s Mathematics and Science Academy, and the Governor’s School of the Arts. He is the grandson of Elizabeth Anderson of Virginia Beach, formerly of Mathews, and the late Durward Anderson.
