Rappahannock Community College second-year nursing student Marie Foster of Gloucester was recently chosen to receive the $5,000 Charles S. Ylonen Memorial Rotary Scholarship in Nursing. This scholarship, which is administered by RCC’s Educational Foundation, was set up in 2007 as the Rotary Club of Middlesex County Nursing Scholarship, and was renamed after the death of a leading member of the club.
