Tayler Lynn Babbs has been named to the fall semester dean’s list at James Madison University where she is a junior majoring in health science/pre-pharmacy. The recognition requires a 3.5 or higher grade point average. Babbs is the daughter of Bruce and Melissa Babbs of Gloucester.
