Katie Paugh has been named to the fall quarter dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y., where she is a sophomore majoring in information security and forensics. Paugh finished the session with a 4.0 grade point average. A 2011 graduate of Gloucester High School and the Governor’s School at New Horizons, she is the daughter of Ken and Julie Paugh of Gloucester.
