The Mathews County School Board will hold a Town Hall meeting at 6 o’clock Tuesday in the Mathews High School Media Center. Board vice chair John Priest will serve as moderator, and the public is invited to attend and address school-related matters to the board.

In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be rescheduled to Oct. 3.

The school board’s next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 19, at 6 p.m., also in the MHS Media Center. A community forum on early childhood education will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21, in the Brooks Auditorium at Thomas Hunter Middle School, also starting at 6 o’clock. ...
