The location for next month’s Mathews County School Board meeting has been moved from the Brooks Auditorium at Thomas Hunter Middle School to that school’s cafetorium.

The Tuesday, June 18 meeting begins at 6 p.m. The location is being changed to accommodate that day’s dual primary election (the Brooks Auditorium serves as a polling place).

The school board’s end-of-year meeting will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 in the Mathews High School media center. The school board will hold its summer work session from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17 in the Chesapeake Bank community room, Buckley Hall Road.
