School board makes several personnel appointments

The Gloucester School Board made several personnel appointments at its regular monthly meeting Dec. 13 in the T.C. Walker Education Center Auditorium.

Anyah Jones of Gloucester was appointed to a building level substitute position at Peasley Middle School, effective Nov. 15; Dana Lawson of Mathews was appointed to a paraprofessional position at Botetourt Elementary School, effective Dec. 1; Matthew Walker of Hayes was appointed to a custodian position at Page Middle School, effective Dec. 5; Connie Shaffer of Gloucester was appointed to a paraprofessional position at Botetourt, effective Jan. 2; Nicole Hirtenstein of Gloucester Point was appointed to a paraprofessional position at Gloucester High School, effective Dec. 5; Mary Donohue of Cobbs Creek was appointed to an English language learner teaching position at GHS, effective Dec. 8; Mary Runnells of Gloucester was appointed to a case manager services position in special education, effective Dec. 2; Skylar Miles of Williamsburg ...
