The Gloucester School Board made several personnel appointments at its Jan. 10 meeting at the T.C. Walker Education Center.

Paula Williams of Gloucester was appointed to an office associate position at Abingdon Elementary School, effective Jan. 11; Andrew Osbourne of Yorktown was appointed to a fourth grade teaching position at Petsworth Elementary School, effective Jan. 17; Pamela Carpenter and Michele Richmond of Hayes were appointed to an eighth grade civics teaching position (job share) at Page Middle School, effective Dec. 12; and Anne Nelson of Gloucester Point was appointed to a bus driver position, effective Feb. 1.

Substitute positions were also appointed at the meeting.
