Anna Wells, Laura White, Jenna Johnson, James Flynn, Pauline Bailey, Charity Schnadenberg, Arlene Wacha and Courtney Burston were appointed to substitute teacher positions, effective Aug. 28; Raffe Harris-Walker, Ana Puente Rosario, Scott Asbell, Natalie Morford, Jaden Napier, Isabel Whiteaker and Johnathon Book-Hoffard were appointed to student intern positions, effective July 31; and Michelle Francisco was appointed to a substitute bus driver position, effective Aug. 28.
The board approved the following contract reassignments.
Brandy Clapp was reassigned from an office associate position to an administrative assistant position at GHS, effective Aug. 1; Amanda Smith was reassigned from a seventh grade math teacher position to an eighth grade math teacher position at Peasley, effective Aug. 16; Jennifer Donnelly was reassigned from a special education inclusion position to a special education self-contained position at Bethel, effective Aug. 16; Amy Rivera was reassigned from a cafeteria assistant manager position at Achilles to a cafeteria manager position at Bethel, effective Aug. 21; Brandi Brown was reassigned from a kindergarten teacher position at Petsworth to a sixth grade science teacher position at Page, effective Aug. 16; Michelle Norman was reassigned from a paraprofessional position to an associate teacher for fifth grade reading position, effective Aug. 14; Frances Tsimplekis was reassigned from a cafeteria worker position at Page to the same position at Petsworth, effective Aug. 24; and Cheryl Neal was reassigned from a custodian position at Abingdon to the same position at GHS, effective Aug. 14.
