The Gloucester County School Board appointed Stanley Hundley of Urbanna as a security officer at Gloucester High School, effective Jan. 28, during its Jan. 14 meeting. 

Appointed as teacher assistants for the current school year were Karen Murphy of Hartfield, Donna Danaher of Gloucester, and Amanda Conner and Hope Hutson of Gloucester Point. 

Donna Yeates and Danielle White, both of Gloucester, were appointed to support services positions and Amber Stevens was appointed as a school psychologist intern for the 2014-2015 school year. 

In contract changes, technology assistant Jason Smith was moved to a position in technology education, Page Middle School teacher assistant Holly Stainback was moved to a teaching position at Page and Botetourt Elementary teacher assistant Lisa Cagle was moved to a temporary teaching position at Botetourt.
