School appointments announced

The Gloucester County School Board made several personnel appointments during its Sept. 13 meeting at the T.C. Walker Education Center. 

Lillian Collier of Hayes was appointed as a science teacher at Page Middle School, James Diggs of Gloucester was appointed as a special education teacher at Peasley Middle School and Nancy Perdue of Gwynn and Kristin Steele of Gloucester were appointed to teaching positions at Botetourt Elementary. 

Also Cassandra Kline, a former teacher assistant at Achilles Elementary, was named a special education teacher at Peasley. A resignation was accepted from Peasley special education teacher Ashley Kelleran, effective Aug. 15. 

Appointed as teacher assistants were Amanda Dolan of Gloucester and Donna Fannin of Hayes and appointed to support services positions were Brandi Blackwood and Nydia Seaton of Gloucester, Hannah Bychowski and Jennifer Prince of Hayes and Elizabeth Baldwin of Yorktown.  ...
