Scholarship honors memory of Ann Burruss

The Gloucester County Public Schools Educational Foundation has created the Ann Burruss Memorial Career and Technical Education Scholarship to help a Gloucester High School senior pursuing post-secondary opportunities. 

The $1,000 scholarship will be awarded this year to a graduating GHS senior who plans to continue training in a career and technical education field, such as technology, computer science, engineering or other trade-related field. 

Students interested in applying for the scholarship may complete the standard scholarship application form through the GHS counseling office. 

The educational foun- dation scholarship selection committee will review applications and select the winner. Verified financial need, academic and technical success, and demonstrated potential will be considered. The scholarship will be presented during the 2018 GHS scholarship awards program.
