Sassy Sew Crafty,a home business that has transitioned to a physical shop space on Route 17 in Hayes, will celebrate its grand opening from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, according to a release from Gloucester County Economic Development.

The community is invited to the shop, which is located at 3558 George Washington Memorial Highway Suite C (next to Chesapeake Marine Training Institute). The shop offers custom embroidery and custom apparel, personalized gifts, handcrafted items and more.

“We wanted to create a place where creativity meets personality,” said Melissa Custer, owner of Sassy Sew Crafty. “At Sassy Sew Crafty, we love helping customers add their own flair—whether that’s classy, crafty, or a little bit sassy.”
