Sarah Naomi Sanderson, 50, of Gloucester, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Naomi was born on December 18, 1975 in Selma, Alabama, to Walter Melvin Ogle and Jewel Marie Ogle. Naomi enjoyed playing bingo, antiquing, and spending time outside with her dogs. She was an amazing cook and will be remembered for her banana pudding, chicken parmesan, and meatloaf. She also enjoyed a good prank, but what she loved most of all was being with her family. Naomi was preceded in death by her father, Walter Ogle, and her beloved canine companion, Dori. Naomi is survived by her husband, Chad Sanderson; her son, Jordan Weaver (Haley); granddaughter, Harbor Weaver; her mother, Jewel Ogle; siblings, Toby Kelly (Pat), Samuel Ogle (Natalie), Esther Corbin, Solomon Ogle (Jahricca); nephews, Jake Kelly, Edmond Ogle, Maverick Ogle; nieces, Jessi Carroll (Ben), Victoria Ogle, and Cirilla Ogle; grand-nephews, Landon Carroll and Maddox Carroll. She is also survived by her canine companions, Finley and Wrigley. The memorial service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Ordinary, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 2 p.m., conducted by Pastor Ralph VanNess Jr. The family will receive friends an hour prior. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.
