Sarah Faith Morehart Ford, age 36, passed away on Friday, Dec. 28, 2018.

She was the beloved wife of Michael; cherished mother of Gabriel Thomas; devoted daughter of Michael and Janet Morehart of Deltaville; dear sister of Amanda Hope Freeman.

Celebration of Life services were held from 3-5 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019, at the home of her parents.
