Sam Forrest of Mathews will present “a worldwide travelogue of adventures” at a meeting at 7 o’clock tonight at the Mathews Maritime Foundation Museum, 482 Main Street, Mathews.

A release said Forrest has sailed across the Atlantic Ocean twice, traveled the Trans-Siberian railway, visited China twice, and has traveled to 37 countries. He is also a well-known woodworker, producing for many years in Richmond and now at his historic home Hyco in Mathews that he has renamed Haiku House.
