Laws, police, education, all help to inform the driver, but believing that only the man behind the wheel can determine whether the automobile is to be a part of the sane life of the community, or one of the frightful hazards of existence, The Gazette will endeavor to secure the signature of the driver of every motor vehicle in the county on the membership pledge of the club.
There are no dues or membership fees to be paid. All expenses of the campaign for safe driving will be borne by The Gazette.
