Russell S. Henson, 63, of Hayes, died Saturday, March 7, 2015, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He had worked as a metal refinisher and on a scallop boat. He had a natural mechanical ability and enjoyed working on automobiles. Russell also enjoyed fishing and loved his dogs. He was a friend to everyone and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Maggie Trepasso; and son, Steven A. Henson and wife Naomi of Hampton.

The family will greet friends Thursday, March 12, 2015, from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point.
