Dr. Joseph Lombard, local dentist and humanitarian, was guest speaker at the Abingdon Ruritan Club on Monday, Jan. 13. In his talk, he relayed specific true stories about individuals who have been helped through the Circle of Friends and the joint partnership with the Abingdon Ruritan Club.
