Ruritan National Governor Don Sandridge of Gloucester, at right, recently presented the Piankatank Ruritan Club officers with the Recognition and Outstanding Meritorious Award in the field of Community Engagement, Citizenship and Patriotism, Public Service, Environment and Social Development.
