Eighteen teams competed in the Gloucester Rotary Golf Tournament, held on Thursday, May 8 at the Piankatank River Golf Club, Hartfield. Club president Steve D. Callis announced the following winners:

First flight—The Lockwood’s Carpets team of Jim Lockwood, Herb Riviera, Larry Collier and Mike Burns placed first; the Rappahannock Concrete team of Scott Finney, Scott Glaze, Tyler Johnson and Bill Healy took second.

Second flight—Bill Farinholt’s team, also including Pete Ashby, Bill Reynolds and John Holt placed first; the Phillips Energy team of A.B. Fulcher, Jeremy Haley, Lavar Willis and Kevin Horsley took second. Third flight—The Hogge Real Estate team of Frank Driver, Clay Hogge and Willie Spencer came in first; the Grass Roots LLC team of Aaron Conner, Ashley Chriscoe, Patrick Winter and Chuck Gray placed second.
