Rosemary W. Marsh, 76, of Mathews, passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

She retired from Vital Records and enjoyed studying nursing, as well as teaching in Middlesex Public Schools.

Cherishing her precious memories are her children, son, Samuel Marsh (Benita) of Richmond, Rebecca Cain, also of Richmond, and Angela Valencia (Andrew) of California; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Morris Franklin White Jr. (Lillie) of Smithfield, and Wendell White of Hallieford; sister, Adrienne White of Hallieford; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The wake will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 23, at J.K. Redmond Funeral Home in Shacklefords. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Cobbs Creek, with interment in the church cemetery.
