A funeral for Rose Mary Davis Brown, 74, of Hayes, was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Achilles Friends Church. She died April 28, 2018.

She was a member of Achilles Friends Church and had worked for 30 years with Gloucester County Public Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James C. and Margie Hogge Davis.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Thomas Brown; daughter, Reese Miller; sons, Howard Brown and Jamie Brown; sister, Ella Robinson; brothers, Wayne Davis and Tommy Davis; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. 

The service was conducted by the Revs. John Downs and Thomas Bunting. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
