Rose Elwood West, age 74, of Hayes, died on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry West and Florida Walker West. Survivors include Tammy Jones (John), Wayne West, James West (Janet), Stevie West (Samantha), Don West (Samantha), David West (Dana), Alice West, Pinkie Deal, Allen West and Jackie West, as well as numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The family received friends Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020. from 6-7 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing was mandatory and masks were required at entry. A graveside service conducted by Pastor Richard Whiteheart will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020, at Rosewell Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
