The roof of Donk's Theater, Hudgins, collapsed Friday night as a result of snow, rain and wind. A popular country music venue since 1975 (and a movie theater since 1947), Donk's Theater is a state landmark site.
In a statement posted to Donk's Facebook page, Donk's Talent and Production Manager Lynda Smith Greve, said, "As some of you already know, my family suffered a great loss last night...We are all devastated, but grateful that no one was hurt. Thank you for 40 years of memories." ...
