Ronnie C. Sprouse, 54, of Saluda, Va., passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012.

He worked for Old Dominion Grain for 34 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, William; sisters, Geraldine, Cornelia, Faye; brothers, Willie, Gilbert, Jimmy and Milton.

Ronnie is survived by his wife of 34 years, Elizabeth Sprouse; two sons, Ronnie Jr. and his wife Donna, and Shawn and his wife Bernanda; grandson, Ryan; his mother, Nina Sprouse; sisters, Liz Bui and Frances Craven; brothers, Luther and Jeff Sprouse, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. Friday at Vincent Funeral Home, 417 11th Street, West Point, Va. Burial followed in New Hope Memorial Baptist Church cemetery. The family received friends Thursday, April 5 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
