The Retired Officers of Mathews County Association (ROMCA) installed its new officers at their annual Christmas Dinner at the White Dog Bistro on Wednesday, Dec. 11. Outgoing president Pat Roane (USN-ret.) officiated, welcoming Barry Napp (USA-ret.) as president, Alan Kinker (USMCR-ret.) as vice president, and Fred Wynn (USAF-ret.) as secretary/treasurer.
