Robin Annette Foster, 59, of Gloucester, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021.

Robin was preceded in death by her eldest son, Christopher W. Lowney; her father, the Rev. Herbert W. Dixon, and nephew, Samuel W. Thompson.

She is survived by her loving husband, Delbert Foster III, and her children, Jonathan, Kimberly and Cari.

She was ‘Nanny’ to seven grandchildren, Christian, Isaiah, Annabelle, Ryan, Jacob, Adrianna and Serintey.

She also leaves behind her mother, Shirley; three siblings, Stephanie, Karen, Warren, and their families.

There is a Celebration of Life scheduled for Saturday, May 15 at 1 p.m. at the Gospel Lighthouse Worship Center, 4427 Buena Vista Road, Plainview, Virginia.
