A memorial service for Robert E. Richmond III of Hayes, was held at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, in Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. He died Sept. 18, 2016.

He was a Gloucester County Sheriff’s Deputy for many years.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Jo Richmond; four children, Meagan White, Kimberli Lawhon, Robert E. Richmond IV, and Jacob Richmond; his mother and stepfather, Betsy and Stan Anderson; his father, Robert E. Richmond II; brothers, Marc Richmond and Brandon Richmond, and six grandchildren.
